Angela Krause Ford Lincoln

We used our own financing for a vehicle purchase 2 weeks ago. The car was not a Ford but still came with the unwanted Krause Care for an extra $2K. It was then that our Salesman informed us that they could not locate the 2nd key, which was part of our signed agreement price. He assured us it would be taken care of as soon as possible. A week later, he called to say the key guy would be at the dealership next Thursday at 9:00am and to be there then if we wanted the 2nd key. He screwed up but then want us to take time off of work and drive 20 miles to get what he agreed to provide? The Woodstock location is 2 miles from my house, that should have been a 2nd option to them sending a mobile key locksmith. In addition to that debacle, it's been 2 weeks and they still havent paid off my trade in. The 10 day pay off has come and gone, as has my payment due date. I am now 30 days late on the prior loan. My tag is supposed to be transferred to the new vehicle but the state still has not been notified of new ownership and currently shows I do not have insurance coverage on it. The Finance Dept had a check in hand 2 weeks ago, what is the hold up?? More

I arrived at 4:00 to get an update an Had an appointment 1/6/23 and dropped my truck off at 9:30. Called the dealership for two hours with no answer. I arrived at 4:00 to get an update and pick up my truck. I find all 5 representatives sitting there and they never even touched my car. Offered no discount, no loaner car, and said no one answered the phones bc they sent their two employees that man the phones home bc of an altercation where the police had to be called. This place is a joke and if you are going to allow your customers to make an appointment on the website, then honor it. If Ford falls short, make it up to the customer. I will never step foot near this dealership. Neither should you. More
