I’m a Service Manger at the Harley shop just down the road and I know the importance of an awesome customer experience! We try to up-sale but not pressure the customer and I truly appreciate that with yo road and I know the importance of an awesome customer experience! Washing a motorcycle is much more difficult than washing a vehicle. Just a suggestion! More
