I previously wrote a review about the service department and gave them a 1 star. I had a major disagreement on how my particular situation was being handled with respect to additional repairs and believed I and gave them a 1 star. After discussions with Eric Ford at the service department I am pleased to say they made right by my situation and completed the repairs with what I believe to be fair as a long standing customer of this dealership.
