I appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry about your frustrating experience. Our goal is to make the car buying experience easy and effortless all while being transparent. Obviously, we fell short in delivering the service you expected. The Mustang you were looking for, with the must have's you requested, is in low supply across the entire country. We were able to get the exact one you were wanting without compromising on anything thanks to a dealership in Arizona. In this particular instance, because we do not own the vehicle and have to trade for it with another Ford dealer, we are at their mercy on whether we can get the vehicle and what the timetable will be. The Mustang that we secured for you was still in transit from the factory to that particular Ford dealership in Arizona. When the vehicle was delivered to their store was out of control. I apologize it isn't in the time table you are wanting but I can assure you like you, we want you to be driving this Mustang as soon as possible! We are actively working on a resolution that fits in the time frame you've provided.

First of all, I would like to apologize for not getting you the vehicle as quickly as you had hoped. I just got involved in your deal 2 days ago when I tried to help your husband to expedite the car to get here from Arizona. I know Ryan Sanders and your husband were in cokmunication. The biggest mistake that the manager made was not securing the vehicle properly. We in turn found a nicer vehicle with 1000 dollar MSRP and are selling the car for 1750 less, I ask you to please take down your post because you are slandering my name. I have been in the business for 24 years all with The Ford Brand. I learned as a young man in the business you don’t lie, cheat or steal to sell a vehicle. I’m a married man with 4 children, I wouldn’t teach them unethical practices you say we are using . I ask you this question - “What benefit would the dealership get from not selling you a car and as you say ‘fraud’?” If we don’t sell you a car then there is no transaction. I understand your frustration, but we are trying to get you the car as fast as possible. Your husband came into the dealership yesterday to cancel the deal and we didn’t ask him to cancel the deal or tell you that we would not get you the vehicle. We refunded you your money as you asked. We provided you a very fair offer. Especially after you backed out of the deal. We are still trying to make things right. I will ask you one more time to take down your post. Below is a definition of slander.. Georgia Code § 51-5-1 states: (a) Libel is a false and malicious defamation of another, expressed in print, writing, pictures, or signs, tending to injure the reputation of the person and exposing him to public hatred, contempt, or ridicule. (b) Publication is necessary to recover damages for libel in Georgia. Thank you again.

The fact that you sold a car that we owned is the exact definition of fraud. Why are you neglecting to understand that. I have conversations with a dealer in Baltimore that is mortified that we own a car that he sold. We even received the bill. I too have a reputation in this community and I am sure that no one will be pleased to hear that as a school teacher I saved my money for years to get this car for my husband. 1000 discount for first mess up was a joke and had my husband not accepted that deal I would have co silted my attorney then. 750 dollars for the lies of this month where I have voicemails claiming the car would be here in days??? How much is it worth to you to save face for YOUR neglect? I consider 750 to be a slap in the face as we will be forced to change our weekend trip plans because we don’t have a car to go in!
