His level of knowledge, patience, and concern is unlike any sales person I've ever worked with in ANY product or service purchase. He is AWESOME! Please, if you're worried about being the victim of a high pressure car salesman call Louis and rest assured he'll make you comfortable and happy buying a car. More
Over charged for service not performed Engine light was on, AutoZone gave me the codes, took the vehicle to the dealer (John Herrin) for diagnostic and advise for repair and cost, Paid $110 Engine light was on, AutoZone gave me the codes, took the vehicle to the dealer (John Herrin) for diagnostic and advise for repair and cost, Paid $110. Two days later the dealer wanted me to authorize additional $270 for further tear down for diagnoses. I was skeptical and asked for a report for their findings and their recommendations for the repair. They tried hard, and I need hard to get the authorization without giving information about what they did or found. I demanded a report as I was picking up the vehicle. The report had the same codes I gave them from AutoZone, and wrote trans concern need authorization to further tear down, no report no estimated cost, nothing. Checking the codes online, they were P0315 Crankshaft sensor and P0231 fuel pump. As if this wasn't enough, when I filed complaint with the dealership, they spammed my email sending promos to come and buy from them. Never again, Sure FORD stands for Found On the Road Dead. More

General complete lack of customer service skills once you hand over a check. Could never get a response from anyone when I had issues with financing or questions in general. I'm pretty sure not one employee hand over a check. Could never get a response from anyone when I had issues with financing or questions in general. I'm pretty sure not one employee there checks their email, even when they asked you to email them a copy of your new drivers license. I was told the car I purchased was not on the lot more than 3 months. Noticed on bill I was charged for emissions test, thought this was normal, until the licensing office informed me that the last emissions test was done almost a year prior. Was told it had brand new tires, but the tires had age cracks after only a week and sales manager was completely un-interested in taking a look until after I did my own research to find that the dealer should have those tires under warranty. Also found it odd that my saleswoman seemed completely uneducated about the car and almost like sales wasn't even her job but she just happened to be the only person around when I was looking at the car. That probably should have been my first red flag. An exhausting and stressing experience. More
I recently purchased a new Ford Escape for my daughter to drive to school. Working with Paul and the team at Cherokee Ford was a pleasure! When I told Paul that the car was for my daughter he addressed her, drive to school. Working with Paul and the team at Cherokee Ford was a pleasure! When I told Paul that the car was for my daughter he addressed her, asking her about what she wanted, what she liked about the car we were looking at, etc. I liked that and appreciated it. Tim in finance was very pleasant and easy to work with. And the whole team made my daughter's car pick up special, even putting a big bow on the car! Thank you to the whole team!! I really don't like car shopping and this experience was special and fun. More
Ryan and the rest of the people we worked with, Hamid, Dave from finance, and Mike from used cars were easy to work with and very helpful. We purchase a 2013 Ford Escape this visit and a 2013 C-Max Hybri Dave from finance, and Mike from used cars were easy to work with and very helpful. We purchase a 2013 Ford Escape this visit and a 2013 C-Max Hybrid on a previous visit working with the same people. I would recommend this dealership and all these people. It was a fun experience and they all treated us with respect and not just potential buyers. More
First off let me begin by saying.... Benjamin Williams is a TRUE ASSET to your company!!! I knew going to the dealership that day that I was going home with my new Fusion!!! My first initial statement to Ben was, "Lets go get my car"! Ben still, even though knowing I was completely ready to sign those papers, took the time to teach me of ALL of the bells and whistles that I was receiving with my newest investment!!! Being in the retail industry myself, I know how important customer service is, and let me tell you Benjamin has it!! He was truly like a breathe of fresh air!! Dave Parks, in finance, also went above and beyond! They both kept me informed of the process the entire time! They both realized that my time was limited due to my very busy schedule, and both worked in a timely manner to ensure that I was taken care of!!! Oh and by the way KUDOS to "THE GUY" that took our picture after all of the papers were signed! Now, I must say after the awesome experience, I am not as happy with driving off the lot without a spare tire..... I truly think Ford should reconsider not having a spare tire with every new vehicle. My thought is simply, I travel 48 miles to work each way, and if I have a low tire, everything is fine; however, if I have a blow out on the interstate.... I am completely out of luck. I have since purchased a wheel and tire as a piece of mind, but I truly think that a spare tire should come with every vehicle, of course unless it is a run flat tire. Again, KUDOS to BENJAMIN WILLIAMS, DAVE PARKS, and "THAT GUY" for making my experience a truly AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! GO TEAM CHEROKEE FORD, ALPHARETTA!! I found the entire purchasing experience to be very professional yet friendly. Beginning with my initial contact with the internet sales group Rhu, to my sales person Philipp, the F&I manager and the g professional yet friendly. Beginning with my initial contact with the internet sales group Rhu, to my sales person Philipp, the F&I manager and the gentlemen, Steve Deal that helped me transfer items for my old truck to my new truck. I thought that I was up to speed on the latest Ford truck technology, however Philipp was able to show me so many features and explain the benefits of such it soon became very obvious that I was mistaken. I have been a service customer for the last 10 years or so and have always been please with the quality of service! My purchase of my new F150, which I couldn't be happier with, was the first sales experience that I have had with Cherokee Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta and I will most certainly tell others that they should also visit the dealership when considering purchasing a vehicle.
