Kalyn did a great job matching me up with my salesman, Dennis Fonger. I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Dennis was honest and didn't push any "extras" on me. He was extremely patient and knew my car inside and out and set everything up for me. When I purchased my Rogue and got into it, all my favorite radio stations were set and Dennis had cleaned out my other car for me and put everything I had into my new Rogue right where it was in my old car. Who does that?! I felt absolutely no pressure at any time and to say Robyn in financing worked with me is an understatement. I think out of the seven new cars I have bought in my lifetime, this is the first time I walked out of a dealership not kicking myself. And my Rogue is exceptional! More

He gave me a test drive and showed me all the features the car had as well as showing me how everything worked. He gave a good description of the car, and was able to answer all of my questions. I live about 35 minutes from the dealership, so I called to make sure they had the vehicle before drove all that way to see the car. Salesman Jim B answered the phone and put me on hold so he could physically walk out onto the lot to make sure the car was there. After a couple minutes, he came back and said they still had the car in stock and he would pull it around front. When I got there, he took me on a nice test drive, on some back roads and onto the highway. It gave me a good feel for the car and I knew at that point that I wanted it. The price of the car online was very good and I felt I got a great deal. Dealing with Robyn in the finance department was just as easy. I was left with a very good experience from Bayside Nissan and would definitely recommend others do business here. More

When it came time to negotiate he worked with me to explain the discounts and made sure to work within my budget to find me the deal that worked for me. Finance was also helpful in getting me the extras I needed (extended warranty, gap insurance, service plan) without breaking my bank. Would absolutely go back when it's time for a new car. More

Excellency customer care! Due to having recently moved up here I came to trade in my motorcycle because of the winters. Knowing I had some light cosmetic damage to my bike and some recent credit problems I knew I should have gotten a poor deal but it was quite the opposite. They gave me a great deal for my bike, paid it off, and worked tediously until they had the deal I wanted. They worked withi in my limits and found me the perfect deal for the car I wanted and never tried to force me into a different car that fit my budget. I would highly recommend this place for friends and family and will definitely be using them again next year when I upgrade my wife's vehicle. More
AWFUL SERVICE DEPT! Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my vehicle off one evening because I thought there was an issue with the window. It would intermittently go u Do not take your vehicle here! I dropped my vehicle off one evening because I thought there was an issue with the window. It would intermittently go up and down, not go up all the way, and finally just died. I've had the vehicle for 3 months - it's a 2018 with 22k miles - well under mileage and age on the original factory warranty. I received a call from "Brady," who stated I needed to call Nissan USA to get approval on the warranty fix. He stated the reason the window wasn't going up was due to "ashes" from cigarettes. I purchased the vehicle used; I've had it for three months. He was defiant in this, so I did call Nissan USA and spoke with two amazing agents. Both stated that it was unreasonable for this dealership to even have me CALL them regarding this and while it's not a mechanical issue, it's clear that it IS something Nissan would cover. They put in a case not only for the car but also on the service advisors, who handled this. I called this dealership back and spoke with Brady again explaining what I had been told. I asked for his name, and he said he did not make the final decision. I asked to speak to whoever did. The service advisor's name is Anthony Biba. He's been with them for six months. I explained the situation; and his retort was, "I can't see when you purchased the vehicle or anything about it, so what do you expect me to do?" *Side note: I worked for BMW for over 4.5 years, so I knew right then it was a flat out lie.* He then said, "I can only see that it was a rental before." I pulled a CarFax on this vehicle before purchase. It was detailed in service, when it was sold/transferred, etc. When I brought this up, he yelled, "I can't see the CarFax; only our service manager can. So, you want to just come get the vehicle from us?" - In other words, I took that as - 'Come get your vehicle.' I'm not sure HOW you interview your employees but I've had nothing but bad service overall from here. Brady was completely clueless - and so was your extremely rude, degrading, unprofessional service advisor - ANTHONY BIBA. We are taking our business elsewhere, and we will definitely be contacting Dennis Soriano and CC'ing Geoff and Mark Wanamaker. I already spoke with another dealer and explained the situation. They will take over. Nissan has put a case for investigation regarding the way I, as a customer, was treated - and if the guidelines were followed properly. While it IS Nissan's right to evaluate - and reasonably ask for Nissan to review and approve it to be covered - the way this was handled was truly ridiculous. How do I know? Two supervisors from Nissan USA said so themselves. The executive offices will be getting the notes regarding this. More
