Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ve made several attempts to reach out so we can help get this resolved. After reviewing your visit, it appears the $192 diagnostic fee was for the brake concern you had. As explained during your appointment, that fee is applied toward repairs when those specific repairs are completed with us. Because the repairs were performed elsewhere, we were unable to apply the diagnostic credit toward the alignment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the vehicle not being vacuumed to your full satisfaction. We do make every effort to return each vehicle clean, and we’re sorry we fell short in that area.
