Mike in service was great. very informative. Martin in sales allowed me to drive an mdx that we will be looking at in the future. Both men are assets in this dealership. Service team at Antonino was professional, courteous, and very accomodating. I called for Lexus IS 250 of 2006. The guy whose name was Coby, started pretending he is a polite guy. But when I asked him detailed questions about the car and started negotiating on price and told him that Coby, started pretending he is a polite guy. But when I asked him detailed questions about the car and started negotiating on price and told him that I used to do this job for living, he understood that he was not going to be able to screw me by telling me his usual fairy tails that he usually uses against innocent buyers who has no clue about car business, HE JUST SPOKE WITH ME IN A NASTY WAY AND HUNG UP ON ME. Be aware! They will be polite, just because they see you as a game, but if they see that you are experienced buyer they are just as nasty as they can. So, obviously I just gave up doing business with them. And after I read other feedbacks about them on this website, I understood that I was lucky that it ended before we went too far. More

Forced VIN etching on you, even though it's not required, didn't even ask if you wanted it. Plays games with refundable deposits - makes it hard to get money back if you change your mind, even if you didn didn't even ask if you wanted it. On the phone, they will not let you finish talking before you're handed off to another idiot. Extremely unprofessional - stay away - you can do better. More

Tha car was great, the dealership was anything but. They nickle and dime the deal to death trying to milk a few more dollars out of you. The salesperson isn't empowered to deal.
