I was a little leary about car shopping as my first experience at the beginning of the year was horrible when I was looking for a Honda. He was very knowledgable and willing to answer all of my questions, regardless of how many I asked....this was my first time buying a car so I had plenty of questions. He was willing to work with my schedule to come and test drive the car and not pushy and demanding like other salespeople I had dealt with. This was the first selling point for me. When I arrived, he had everything ready and for once the car that I looked at online was the one I actually got to test drive-second selling point. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the car. I came to the dealership with my own financing. Because of the excellent customer service that I had received, I decided to apply for financing through the dealership as well, just to have options. Needless to say, the dealership's financing blew my little offer way...the financing process was FAST, EASY, AND NO-PRESSURE- third selling point! I was so excited when Mr. Mitchell handed me the keys to my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, I could hardly contain myself! He even showed me how to work all of the features in the car and set-up the bluetooth for my phone before I pulled off.
