Was waiting 3 hours for a recall when I was told it would only take an hour. When I spoke to Karen (manager) she stated that recalls take at least two hours. I asked for the 7500 work, safety inspection and the car washed. The inspection sheet lists nothing for checking the tires. The car was not washed, which is the second time it has not been done.
