What is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait for over an hour? Because of the delay at the dealership, I had to work and take my conference calls in the lobby. I get that "things come up," but making me wait for an additional hour-and-a-half is a bit much, for anyone! Normally, I have little to no issue with this dealership, but being this far delayed threw my day in chaos. Those that have appointments SHOULD be granted priority. If too many people were scheduled, then the service should be able to handle that accordingly or call people and let them know what is happening. Or, don't allow for so many appointments. I was so disappointed. The team kept apologizing, but apologies go so far. They were very kind, as always, but I was livid that I had to wait so long. I am sure it also made the nine other people in the lobby with me, just as frustrated as I was that day. Furthermore, when I went to pay for my oil change after being told I could pay there, I went to the cashier and they didn't have my paperwork. So, I - I went back to the service counter to ask where my paperwork was for payment and it wasn't done processing. Once it was, I went back to the counter, and the sales person was gone. I had to find them and then I could pay. I would still recommend, but seriously, get-it-together. I did not feel like a valued customer, I felt like their problem. More
It all went like clockwork, except that instead of receiving a call, telling me everything was ready, and what the bill would be, I had to call in, to make sure all was done. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (with a scheduled appointment) is absolutely ridiculous, The excuse is always "we are short techs".
