My service was very quick. The only 2 negatives, was when I was not verbally greeted at all, even though some people were not on the phone. AND, that person automatically presumed I knew and completed when I was not verbally greeted at all, even though some people were not on the phone. AND, that person automatically presumed I knew and completed the check in protocol. Poor PR when a client is ignored and treated as stupid from the very beginning of the dealership experience. The 2nd negative, was the showroom people gathered together for long periods of time did not wear their masks over their faces, but only around their necks. I'm not sure how clients would feel safe in approaching them when the time came to buy an auto. More
Jaylen (at the Service Center) was exceptional in his customer service, telling me what my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport needed and not pressuring me to pay for services that could be handled at a later time. I booked an appointment for service thinking it was for February but it was for March. Deanna took the car anyway since I had already had it towed, and the technician stayed late even to work on the car. I February but it was for March. Came in to get a recall addressed. Once the car was finished, we arrived and asked for the car and the individual that was asked to get the vehicle said "I'm having my coffee first." After waiting for finished, we arrived and asked for the car and the individual that was asked to get the vehicle said "I'm having my coffee first." After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, we approached the counter and inquired where the car was and were informed we needed to talk to the manager. Turns out they lost the key to the vehicle! Not the first 1 Star experience here More
