Another survey link= another opportunity to share my story. My story so far... I leased my new Palisade on Sept. 26. On October 1, it was in the shop because the engine light had come on. I receive story. My story so far... I leased my new Palisade on Sept. 26. On October 1, it was in the shop because the engine light had come on. I received it back on October 9. By October 16 it was back in the shop because the engine light came back on. To this date (November 2) it is STILL there, and there is no ETA on the arrival of the part from Korea. I have been told 3 different dates at this point and each one of those has come and gone with no explanation. In the meantime, I am in a loaner vehicle that is not even close to the quality of the Palisade, but I am expected to continue making payments on a car that I have driven for 10 days total since my "purchase." I have been contacted by different people who listen to my story, but offer no real solutions or take any actions to remedy the situation. One person even offered to "take me to dinner." Today I was told that "things like this happen." I am trying to stay positive and polite, but it is clear that customer service is not a high priority. Communication continues to be a MAJOR concern and as long as Hyundai sends me links to fill out these surveys, I will continue to share my horrible experience. More
Brought my vehicle in for its first service. There was also a recall and screw in the passenger rear tire. Waited over 2.5 hours only to be told I'd have to come back because the part wasn't in yet. Finally, they claimed there was no screw in the tire and I get home to find the screw still in the tire and tire pressure light on. I thought I could get good service considering I purchased my vehicle here. But I'll go to another dealership. More
