They really Sucked....I had a 9:00am appointment, Oil change took 3 hours come to fine out it was done in 1 hour I was waiting in the lounge...and the service man didn’t give me my keys , I thought they change took 3 hours come to fine out it was done in 1 hour I was waiting in the lounge...and the service man didn’t give me my keys , I thought they were on the console, I left shut the car off then realized I had no keys, service dept never answered my 4 calls, I ended up reaching out to someone in sales to contact the service dept, they had to bring my keys to me ... Causing me to be late for work! When I got home I had received a phone answering message and found out my car was ready by 10:00am More

Took over 2 hours for an scheduled oil change and when I asked for them to look at my wheel because they are peeling, I was asked to see a body shop because they don’t do that there ..... it’s a known issue asked for them to look at my wheel because they are peeling, I was asked to see a body shop because they don’t do that there ..... it’s a known issue with the car that the clear coat peels off the wheel and it’s covered by the warranty.
