If I could give it zero stars I would! The car was in their body shop for 4 weeks, when it should have taken 1 week at most. I had to call on a daily basis after the first week and a half The car was in their body shop for 4 weeks, when it should have taken 1 week at most. I had to call on a daily basis after the first week and a half to inquire about the status. I was lied to on a daily basis that it would be ready the next day. Once it was actually ready, they told us the car would no longer go into gear. The car was completely fine when we drove it there 4 weeks earlier and the gears were never a problem! We were then told that there was rodent damage and the service department determined that 2 switches would need replacing for a total cost of $854. First of all, whose rodents, mine or yours? Just saying the car was there for 4 weeks, a lot can happen in 4 weeks..... I refused to be held hostage by them any further and managed to drive the car to my regular mechanic. To no big surprise, he found the 2 switches to be in fine working order and there was no rodent damage anywhere in the engine compartment. The only switch that needed replacing was the stop light switch. Total cost $100. Bunch of gangsters. My advice, don't go there, unless you enjoy lining their pockets! More
