I experienced deep disappointment and frustration with the recent repairs done on my car. The vehicle had previously been in for the same issue in December, and it seems there was either a wrong or incomp the recent repairs done on my car. The vehicle had previously been in for the same issue in December, and it seems there was either a wrong or incomplete diagnosis. Consequently, I had to arrange for my car to be towed to the dealership on January 5th, notifying my technician, Joseph, about the situation. However, when I called on Wednesday, Joseph was unaware of my car's location. I had to drive to the dealership with my second key only to find out that my key was on a manager's desk. He assured me that the repairs would be completed by Thursday. Unfortunately, no one reached out, and when I inquired on Friday, the response was vague, suggesting that the completion might be delayed until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Subsequently, I called on Monday only to discover that my car was, in fact, ready. Regrettably, I received no notification about the completion. The promised completion date was repeatedly postponed without proper justification or timely updates. This situation caused considerable inconvenience, as I had to make alternative transportation arrangements and adjust my schedule accordingly. More

Too expensive! You’re better off going to jiffy lube for routine maintenance, it’s cheaper! They want to charge $275 for a coolant flush and Jiffy charges $175 and You’re better off going to jiffy lube for routine maintenance, it’s cheaper! They want to charge $275 for a coolant flush and Jiffy charges $175 and for a $12 pcv valve they want to charge $125 that takes about 10mins to put in yourself. They really need to research and see what other shops are charging and be comparable to the price to them or at least have price match. More

They are making me jump through hoops to get my engine replaced under warranty. They keep my car in the shop with very little communication for weeks at a time and have yet to resolve the issue. The latest time they blamed my problems on a non-engine issue which i had just taken care of at Firestone. I have since hired an attorney to hopefully get them no ring more efficiently towards fixing my car. More

Joe was good, but the Hyundai warrantee is never what it seems. The actual work done does not seem accurate to the estimate and final bill.
