This Service Dept is apparently new. All the previous Service Reps have left this dealership. I had to wait for a week for a new Oil Pan -in addition, this dealership used to give us All the previous Service Reps have left this dealership. I had to wait for a week for a new Oil Pan -in addition, this dealership used to give us loaner to drive while our cars were being worked on. No More, You are forced to rent a car. From now on I am taking my car to Ellicott City or even Laurel, Maryland. This repair was $600. More

A customer service representative is waiting for you and takes all your information and verifies it with their iPad to ensure you re the service bay. They are very good at maintaining your vehicle and never try to upsale you on unnecessary repairs. The entire staff will greet you no matter what department they are in. I highly recommend them More

My appointment was at 11:30am I arrived at 10:40 it took 2 1/2 hours for the work to be completed. Service work being performed was a recall for the driver side windshield only. I did not meet my service ad 2 1/2 hours for the work to be completed. Service work being performed was a recall for the driver side windshield only. I did not meet my service advisor until the work was completed, however he did sent me a text message to contact him if need be. That is totally inappropriate especially since we were in the same location. I am completely dissatisfied with this type of service. More
