I went to this location for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service associate said that it would only be about 1 and a half to two hours. I was there for 3 HOURS. At no point once the initia tire rotation. The service associate said that it would only be about 1 and a half to two hours. I was there for 3 HOURS. At no point once the initial quoted time had passed, did the service associate bother to provide me with an update. Additionally, just by tracking the service status of my car during the time I was waiting, I saw that service for my car had not even been STARTED for an ENTIRE HOUR if not more. Why do you schedule so many people back to back and then can’t even be upfront and honest that they won’t be able to start service for your car right away. After being fed up waiting for HOURS, I then went out to the service associate myself to ask him how much longer it would be? Before the Owings mills location closed, I went there for years and worked with Brooke, who is amazing! When Owings Mills first closed, I came to this center while Brooke was still in and my experience went smoothly. This is my second and last time coming to this location. The customer service is non-existent and prior to and during your visit you’ll be bombared with sales calls and texts to try to get you to trade in your car, no thanks. I won’t be back. More
