Update to service: - Toyota wouldn't come down on the $210/axle for turning rotors, so I went to Firestone for $115/axle. - They recommended spark plugs, timing belt, and water pump to the combined tune of $1051.00, plus tax, haz waste fee, and misc shop supplies would bring the total for these services to about $1152. - Even though they told me they would clean the fuel lines and valves, they didn't and recommended that I pay an additional $170 for the "induction service". What I hear is that if the car is running fine, don't need it. LIARS! - Recommended Power Steering Flush and Brake Fluid Flush for another $160 total. I took it to Firestone, they checked for contaminants using dipping strips, and found little. No need to change. Toyota's scientific analysis? "It looks kinda darker." - They recommended PCV replacement, for $70. If I go to Strauss or Autozone, I'll get that part for $18 and ten minutes of my time. BUT, I guess I shouldn't do that because I'm not a TOYOTA TRAINED TECHNICIAN.... baloney. Again, if the car is running smoothly, then I don't need a new PCV!! Grand total they tried to lift from my pocket: $2300 Went to Firestone, paid $230 to cut the rotors. Too bad Antwerpen, I won't be back. Rip someone else off.

I've never been treated so poorly in my life. I told the salesman going in that I don't like pushy, and don't try to BS me either. He stated that he'd never try such tactics, and then told me how foolish I More

We almost bought a Prius from here. They are fantastic cars--though a little pricey, but that's something I could live with if I bought one from a dealer I liked. One of our friends has one and LOVES it, More
