Our experience with our salesman Ken Lavigne was top notch. He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us to arrive at a fair price. Before taking off with our new car, Ken took his time to walk us through the controls and make sure that we were comfortable with the features. We financed our car through the dealer and we also had a professional and quick experience dealing with the Finance Manager, Ken Wagner. It has been about four years, since we purchased a vehicle and the Chevy dealership that my husband and I always went to had closed. I have now bought three cars in a row from Apple Chevy. They have always, from the first, been excellent to work with, and more interested in getting me the right vehicle for my needs at the time over the They have always, from the first, been excellent to work with, and more interested in getting me the right vehicle for my needs at the time over the most expensive vehicle. I have never had any reason to distrust them, doubt them, or think that I was being taken for a ride. This is, by far, the best dealership I have ever worked with, and I cannot recommend them enough! These two men are the most helpful friendly people I have ever met in a sales and financing position. They worked so hard but remained very kind about my needs and met them. I will recommend them any time for anyone looking for service that is above and beyond what an average person would do. I had visited Apple Chevy as an auto consultant a few years ago. After working with their managers and salespeople, I noticed how different their attitude was when working with customers. It seemed like their attitude was 'If we help the customer find the information they need, and they enjoy their experience, then they will return to purchase." Not all dealerships work this way. Some try to pressure you into buying a vehicle on the spot, some don't want to help if you aren't ready to buy, etc. Apple Chevy was simply helpful. Apple Chevy was over an hour away from home, but well worth the drive for new vehicle purchase that wasn't stressful. I talked over the phone with my salesperson Pat Swisher a few times, but he didn't pester me to come back in, etc. Each time I had a question, if Pat didn't know the answer, he admitted that he didn't know, but found the information we were looking for and got back to me. When it was time to get the trade in appraised, I made an appointment with Pat. I didn't have to wait around for the dealership to get organized, or wait around for other customers to finish their business. When it came time to take delivery, Pat took his time to explain the new features of the car to me... not down to the last detail (it would've taken hours) but enough to get me comfortable with all the knobs, buttons and features of the car. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the experience I had with Apple Chevy. The folks I dealt with are friendly, they are not pushy, and they seem to take joy in helping their customers. I had a great experience at a car dealership! How many people can say that?! When the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, I will definitely buy from Apple Chevy. More
