I have loved Chevrolet since the Impala sported 36 inch tail fins. For almost all of my adult life I have driven a Chevy because it is simply a quality product at a great price. My husband and I have purch tail fins. For almost all of my adult life I have driven a Chevy because it is simply a quality product at a great price. My husband and I have purchased ten cars from Apple, and we have never been disappointed by either the car or the level of service we have received. I trust this dealership. Two cases in point--my daughter was in an accident in our practically new Cobalt, but she walked away unhurt even though the car was totaled. Although a small car, the Cobalt was so well built that she was protected, however, she was pretty traumatized by the accident and wanted to replace the car with one exactly like it. The staff at Apple helped us to do this almost immediately, even tracking down a specific spoiler to attach to the new car so there were no perceptible differences. Second, buying a new car is generally regarded as a stressful, time consuming chore. Not at Apple. When my 2005 Equinox accompanied my daughter to college, I needed a new car! I used the Apple website to research and select my new vehicle: Malibu 2LTZ. I found just the one for me when it was in transit to Apple, and I could easily track it on the website. The day it arrived I had a spare hour, so I stopped in and met Ken Lavigne, my salesperson. Ken made the purchase process easy. No haggle about the price because the prices are on the website. I got a great deal on a great car and was out of the dealership in under an hour. Really! I had time to pick up the car two days later. Chet Palumbo had all the paper work ready to sign. The plates were ready. The car was ready. Ken provided a Malibu technology tutorial and set up the Bluetooth. Total time spent at the dealership purchasing my Malibu: two hours and six minutes. Not that it would be a bad thing to spend more time with the staff at Apple; Ken and Chet are both friendly, courteous and professional. They make buying a car an enjoyable experience. But let's face it: we are all busy and have other things to do! So if you want to minimize time spent buying a car, go to Apple and talk to Ken and Chet. As for the Malibu, I actually wish I had a longer commute so I could spend more time in it. It's beautifully designed and luxurious. No tail fins, but it certainly is a Chevy that I love! More

I had a great experience with Apple Chevrolet before I even stepped foot in the dealership. My wife offered to call Apple for me to inquire about a Tahoe we saw on their website that only had 1 stock phot even stepped foot in the dealership. She spoke with a salesman and asked him if he had any real pictures of the car. He told her he didn't but took time out to videotape the inside and out of the car with his cell phone. That was something we had never heard of so we scheduled a time to come out to the dealership to see the car. From the moment my wife and I stepped inside the dealership we were warmly greeted by several people on the way to meeting my salesman. I took the Tahoe for a test drive, let my mechanic take a look at it, then sat down with him and bought the car. I'd like to thank my salesman, Dan McGowan for his friendliness and concern for my wishes and the finance person who made filling out all the paperwork less stressful. I've been in my career since the age of 21. Finally at the age of 27 I decided I wanted to buy a new car. I deserved it, in my opinion. Prior to coming to Apple Chevy I visited several Chevy dealers in th the age of 27 I decided I wanted to buy a new car. I deserved it, in my opinion. Prior to coming to Apple Chevy I visited several Chevy dealers in the area. All of them were very pushy and aggressive. This all changed when I visited Apple Chevy. I knew what car I was interested in, the 2012 Chevy Equinox LT. Terry showed me the vehicle and allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle ourselves. Which was awesome! While they didnt have a 2012 I wanted ( Black granite, My Link, Drivers Convenience package) , they had an 2013. Terry was very helpful in regards in explaining the price difference and incentives. Terry was friendly and kept everything open and honest. I didnt feel pressured. Thats what I appreciate. This was all on a late Friday night. I told Terry that I needed to sleep on it, he said sure. I came in on Saturday morning (8/25/2012) and Terry had everything prepared ..all of the paperwork was complete. All I needed to do was to finalize the deal with the finance manager.
