I came in to get my transmission looked at because it was a random sound going on. I got there check in was quick. The transmission guy was able to look at it within 2 hrs and diagnosed the problem.took it i a random sound going on. I got there check in was quick. The transmission guy was able to look at it within 2 hrs and diagnosed the problem.took it in on the 16th I got my car back and parts were order and got my car back the 4th. Running smooth. We’ve purchased four cars there and I’ve always been happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $13 happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $135 and I ended up paying over 200 and was not treated good when I questioned it. Please advise if I can get a refund for the difference. The service department has not been the same since Jeff left. More
