Family has been with Carl for a long time. Service is the reason we keep coming back to Apple. Pat Swisher was a great salesman but he retired a while back. I’m normally happy with Apple, but this time I made considerations to get a recall in asap and the wrong part was ordered so it couldn’t be done at my scheduled time. My service advisor Cynthia was good and so was the service my car received. It did take longer than they estimated. Total repair time was about 3.5 hrs. When the car was done, they said it was being w service my car received. It did take longer than they estimated. Total repair time was about 3.5 hrs. When the car was done, they said it was being washed. I waited another 45 minutes before they brought my car around. When I got home, I walked by the passanger side and saw what looked like grease from a grease gun all over the right front fender and passenger door. It took me about 1/2 hour to get it off. Hope it hasnt damaged the paint. My appt was on a Saturday. More
