My service advisor Cynthia was good and so was the service my car received. It did take longer than they estimated. Total repair time was about 3.5 hrs. When the car was done, they said it was being washed. I waited another 45 minutes before they brought my car around. When I got home, I walked by the passanger side and saw what looked like grease from a grease gun all over the right front fender and passenger door. It took me about 1/2 hour to get it off. Hope it hasnt damaged the paint. My appt was on a Saturday. More

Service advisor was hard to find when trying to find out car's status. Five calls were made , an email and a text before I got an answer. I was never advised about the condition of the rotors. I told her if needed I would replace them but I have been having the brakes checked on a regular basis, as recently as June 2024 and was told rotors are fine and pads are starting to show wear. In all my times dealing with a service rep, I have received a call on work to be done prior to doing it and advised of what was found . First bad experience at Apple Chevy. I would request a different service advisor if ever bringing my vehicle back here. On the phone (text) it stated vehicle was ready at 0930 but in fact it was not done until close to 12:30-1:00. More
