I was told that the new car i was purchasing had a "remote starter." IT DOES NOT! After receiving the car, and asking about remote start, I was then told, "OH THATS THROUGH THE ON-START APP" Callin "remote starter." IT DOES NOT! Remote starts are not expensive, it the outright lies that bother me. To be clear, my issue is not with the Service Dept., its with the Sales Team. More
I have patronized Apple Chevrolet purchasing numerous new and used cars and trucks there since 1988. In three years I have experienced this dealership decline from a top notch, award winning, business to new and used cars and trucks there since 1988. In three years I have experienced this dealership decline from a top notch, award winning, business to a poorly operated, dishonest, deceptive operation that underperformed by measure of every metric. Service cDepartment has become abysmal with an emphasis on aggressively pursuing customer pay service and repairs, often not needed or called for in maintenance schedule. Sales has devolved to ancient methods of deception and overcharges. All of this has really disappointed me and family members because I held this business in high regard for so many years. I recently purchased a new Corvette that arrived late, with exterior damage and interior defects. The last time I had another Corvette interior fixed there, they scratched and gouged expensive (3K) carbon fiber seat frames. I would no longer recommend this business for any future "non-warranty" repairs or service. More
