Needed service on my 2005 Trailblazer. These guys were great on the phone and told me to come in right away, even without an appointment. They got me right in and started taking care of my problem. I didn't purchase my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Apple, but had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was ex had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was extremely warm out so I put my air conditioner on. It started to work properly, but within a minute it was blowing hot air. When I checked in for my appointment for the oil change, I told Carl about my air conditioner problem. He said he couldn't promise anything as they had appointments scheduled all afternoon but he would see what they could do. When I was called that my car was ready, Carl advised that they were able to correct the air conditioning problem. In this day and age, when everyone is trying to multitask I can't tell you how much that means that I don't have to make another appointment. Everyone that I've dealt with at Apple has been very helpful and will assist you in anyway they can I can definitely say that I'm 100% satisfied. When I'm ready to purchase my next Chevy, you can bet that I'll be visiting Apple Chevrolet. More
