The process of having to purchase a new vehicle has never been one of those experiences I looked forward to. I hated leaving a dealership wondering if I'd gotten the best deal I could. The 'pre-priced' veh been one of those experiences I looked forward to. I hated leaving a dealership wondering if I'd gotten the best deal I could. The 'pre-priced' vehicle approach at Apple Ford Shakopee took all of the 'wheeling and dealing' and 'checking with the manager' out of purchasing a vehicle. Nick Cavallin explained the pricing strategy and wanted to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. We took a look at what was available, found one that fit my needs and took it for a ride. Another suprising event during this experience was that I was asked to go on the test drive with the person who was evaluating the car I was looking to trade-in on my new purchase. Nick arranged rust proofing etc. and called to confirm when I wanted to pick up the vehicle. He helped get the Synch system started when I picked up the vehicle, recommended settings for some of the more common features to get me started. Then, a few weeks after the sale he set me up for a Synch class to learn more about my new ride. More

Nick was great to work with. He was not pushy and was extremely patient with me since I was having difficulty deciding whether to buy at this time or not. I have had troble finding a dealer that would finance me for a new car and found none! I found a random email in my junk mail from Ford and thought why not! I sent in an email and Amanda Holtan replie for a new car and found none! I found a random email in my junk mail from Ford and thought why not! I sent in an email and Amanda Holtan replied that she had sent my information to Richard Ross and that i would be hearing from him shortly! To my surprise I got a phone call from him within the hour! I told him that I needed a manual transmission and he said he had two and would I like to come in and test drive. I told him NO that until he could find out for sure if he could get me financing I didnt want to get my hopes up. Within a couple of hours he called me back and told me that I had been approved! Everything went very fast from there and by Tuesday night I had my new 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback! I have worked in a man's world for several years and have been subjected to salesmen treating me like I was not equal and to my surprise and delight Apple Ford of Shakopee treated like a "person". It is very refreshing to know that there are salesmen and businesses out there that dont see gender but rather a human. From the moment I walked up to the front door till I drove away Apple Ford of Shakopee employees were wonderful and gave some of the best customer service I have had in many years!
