Everyone involved with the purchase of our new Ford F150 truck was nice, friendly, and knew their job description. BUT, the 3 1/2 hours it took to purchase the truck after having spent previous time picki truck was nice, friendly, and knew their job description. BUT, the 3 1/2 hours it took to purchase the truck after having spent previous time picking it out was out of control. We have puchased personally and for our construction company Ford products in the past, and none of them have taken this long. I tried to get information from Apple Ford before coming to the dealership about what we would need to start the process of purchasing the truck. I got one sheet of paper from Apple. The owner of the company and the construction superintendent (driver of the truck)arrived with everything Apple needed, insurance information, banking and credit information. I had even called ahead of time and told Apple the deal we wanted and the time we would be there. The owner and superintendent waited over an hour just to see the finance officer after they had to say No to all the extras from another person spending 30 minutes with her. The owners chose Apple Ford because it was convenient to their office and family and friends had purchase cars there. The driver of the truck lives closer to 2 or 3 other Ford dealers and had another truck on hold at one of them. I hope someone reads this and considers the problems with purchasing a new vehicle from Ford. More

We had yet another great experience at Apple Ford with Will Malloy(Salesman) and Tim Colbert(Finance). Will is very knowledgable and straight forward. He answered any and all questions we had. I strongly recommend this dealership, the experience is so easy and it's not like other dealerships. You feel no pressure to buy, and you're able to see their no haggle price online and usually it is better than any other price out there. We are 1 hour from the dealership and wouldn't buy anywhere else. The Customer for life program is originally what brought us in to the dealership,the wonderful atmosphere and great employees is what brought us back for our second vehicle. Vince Cowan assisted us while Will was busy with another customer. Vince was very nice and showed us different vehicles on the lot. Theresa was very nice and helpful in explaining additonal purchase options like LifeLock. We have a 17 month who was with us during this purchase and she made sure he was happy. James Koser called to make sure all was well with the purchase, the customer service here is honestly wonderful. More

I'm the kinda guy that does the research to know exactly want I want when purchasing a new vehicle and do not like to play the "games" sometimes involved with dealerships. Via e-mail John Allen connected with me in regards to a new F-250 I was looking for and treated me with a no pressure atmosphere and didn't push me to get more than exactly what I asked for. After several communications via phone/email I came in and we ordered my new truck! His price was great from the start and my local dealers couldn't touch it, did I mention I live in PA ? Tim Colbert was also great with the financing aspect and suggestions when I came in to finish everything off and pick it up. Definetly worth the drive for me ! More
