Excellent Service Apple Ford is the only dealership I will purchase my vehicles from. Today, I had excellent service from my salesman David Fromayan and the finance man Apple Ford is the only dealership I will purchase my vehicles from. Today, I had excellent service from my salesman David Fromayan and the finance manager Rob Saunders. Rob with others at the dealership worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I have purchased seven vehicles from Apple Ford. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who want excellent service from the time they arrive to when they leave. As always, Apple Ford is the bes. Ed was very friendly and easy to work with, but having the initial paperwork ready to make the sale quicker would have been better. More
Shady Email Tactics I emailed about a used car and asked for an out the door price, which I had been doing at every dealership. They provided me with a great price, so I I emailed about a used car and asked for an out the door price, which I had been doing at every dealership. They provided me with a great price, so I went in person to check out the car (45 min away from home). When I was there I was all set to purchase, except they hadn't told me that it was actually $2,000 more than the "out the door" price they had given me over email. When I asked about this, they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was taxes and title fees. I explained that in my email I asked that those fees be included and was very clear about that fact even giving my address to make it easier for them to calculate. They said there was no way to honor their price including taxes and title fees, despite the fact that that was they had told me over email and was in the printed out emails they had. I walked out went to a different dealer and bought a brand new car (same model and trim) for less than they wanted to charge me for the used one + $2000. More
