Our sales person was Bonnie Campbell and we purchased a used 2010 Honda Pilot EX in April 2013. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we took a test drive she pointed out all the features on the Pilot and any additional options that were added on this vehicle. We never felt pressured during the buying process to make quick decision and she worked with us on the price so we could get a deal we were comfortable with. This is the first time we have purchased a Honda. After visiting other dealers and talking with other sales people, our experience with Bonnie and will make us return again when we are in the market for another car. More

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE SERVICE PERSONNEL. IN SEPT 2012, I LEASED A CRV FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I DID BUSINESS WITH JEFF SCHEPPS (SALES) AND JOHN BRACKEN (FINANCE). THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, THOROUGH, AND COURTEOUS. LAST WEEK, I PURCHASED A 2013 ACCORD SEDAN. ONCE AGAIN I DID BUSINESS WITH JEFF AND JOHN. THEY EXHIBITED WHAT THEY DO BEST. THERE WERE A FEW HURDLES THAT HAD TO BE OVERCOME TO MAKE THIS SALE HAPPEN. THEY ACCOMPLISHED THIS IN A TIMELY MANNER TO THE SATISFACTION OF BOTH PARTIES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, ESPECIALLY THE TEAM OF JEFF SCHEPPS AND JOHN BRACKEN. More
We were making an out of state purchase(4 Hrs from this dealership). Contacted Jeff on phone for a pre-owned luxury car. The car seemed to be very good, lowest price on the internet. He was very nice on phone and we decided to make a $500 deposit(Refundable) so that we can go and check out the car over the weekend. Also told them that we have another car to trade and discussed on a ball-park price for trade in. We went on the Sunday and finalized everything. They seemed to be very nice. Got a fair quote on our trade-in after some discussions. But the sale was not finalized because banks were closed on Sunday and the manager(John J) said that we can come up next weekend and take the car with us. We tried contacting them entire next week to make sure that all the paper work went through and that we were on track to pick up our dream car on the weekend. I kept getting response it is going all fine and that I will be contacted on Friday with bank details for payments, intesret rate etc. Till Friday evening I did not get any call(John J or the sales man witj whom we wpoke were not just ready to come on the phone). I kept getting the response from receptionist that they are tied up and will call back. Finally at 8 pm on Friday I got call from John J saying that car has been sold! He was not just ready to talk anything and was in a rush saying that the dealership is closing and the alarm will sound. I pushed him to talk for couple mins and he just said that we were not able to give you that price for your trade in and hence we have sold the car. I asked him, if that was the problem you should have called me up and told me that do you still want to buy the car.(We had finalized the deal last week only it self so I was being nice that I could have taken that option too and sold my car my self). John's reply was that this did not strike me!!! And when we were there he kept on talking about their 50 years of history and all that and this does not strike him!!! Nor does he have any courtesy to inform earlier. Clearly, they got another buyer(where there may have been no trade-in hassle or the buyer paid few hundred dollars more who knows) and these guys sold that car. No one came to answer my call entire Friday as they must have been waiting to finalize this deal and then only talk to me. Even though this dealer seems to be great, lot of great cars, great reviews but our experience was filled with DISHONESTY from APPLE HONDA. Don't recommend out-of-state buyers to this place at all. Also if the dealer has no integrity and this kind of dishonest attitude, even the local purchasers can be at risk with their car purchase as anything could be wrong with the car and APPLE HONDA acts with DISHONESTY and NO INTEGRITY. I found the level of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge was among the best that I've experienced during my numerous car purchases over (many) years, starting in 1967! Bracken was also excellent, friendly, working on the price and interest rates to the best of his ability to get us the best deal possible. What I enjoyed the most was the feeling that I was dealing with human beings, as opposed to "robots" only there to make a profit for the dealer. I WILL be back for service and future business because the employees make you feel at home, and the service department is excellent. More
I've bought and/or leased 7 Hondas--the last 6 from Apple. Every experience has been positive from start to finish. My use of the service dept. has been minimal--it's a Honda!!! The sales dept. has always been informative and friendly--suggesting alternatives and options over the years when I wanted something different. I have no complaints regarding pressure to sell. Bonnie Campbell has been terrific with the last two purchases. She patiently answered all my questions with knowledge and honesty to help me make the best decision--she's the best! My requests to skip the inevitable presentation for added coverages has been accepted and made my last several closings pleasant, quick, and easy. I have every reason to continue using Apple and will always look for Bonnie Campbell. More
