Two CR-Vs and a Pilot later we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Bonnie is super knowledgeable about the Honda product, and if she doesn't know she will find you the right answer. Amazing personality! Super helpful! Anytime we hear people talk about buying a car we tell them head to Apple Honda and see Bonnie! More

Dishonorable Dealership I began with an e chat spelling out what I needed and finances I wanted to lease a car. It was in writing. Then I spoke with an employee and reitera I began with an e chat spelling out what I needed and finances I wanted to lease a car. It was in writing. Then I spoke with an employee and reiterated what I wanted. He said sure. My salesman, Bill, was lovely and worked with me to get the car and have the insurance in order. When I asked for the total after deposit I was stunned to get slammed with additional costs after I was explicit about what I expected to pay. It was in writing and I was told verbally it was fine. The manager, Charlie, told me that he couldn't do the deal and that someone had made a mistake. He was rude and shouting and didn't care that two people in his dealership assured me of the price. He said he would try to make it work but then just sent me higher monthly payments to make up the difference. Not cool to try to fool the customer. I spent an entire day expecting to buy this car but when you are hit with charges of more than $1,000 when you are about to sign the check, it is no wonder car salesmen have a bad reputation. More
