Service at Apple Honda is top notch Very friendly staff- from the young man who greeted me outside & checked in my vehicle to everyone inside- my service advisor, Gino, was great! I was there for the 5000 mile service on my 2019 pilot - have a little issue with my radio - he listened to my experiences, was very attentive- tried to duplicate the issue while the vehicle was there (of course that didn’t work out though, not while I’m there) but was very helpful & is willing to work to get to the bottom of the issue - very, very nice! Sunroof On May 10 2019, while driving my 2019 Honda Ridgeline I heard what sounded like a gunshot. I looked up and my sunroof shattered. I was able to close t On May 10 2019, while driving my 2019 Honda Ridgeline I heard what sounded like a gunshot. I looked up and my sunroof shattered. I was able to close the shade and continue driving. I contacted Honda service department who informed me to call my insurance company. I did and was able to find a company to service the sunroof. Unfortunately the roof had to be ordered. I was able to secure plastic over the sunroof as it’s been raining. I called Apple Honda and informed Them of the situation. He explained he never heard of this happening and would speak to corporates Honda. I also left a message for her. This is the 2nd problem with this truck this month. I no longer feel safe driving this Ridgeline. Barbara Bennett More
