This Place over charges and doesn’t actually fix the problem just pretend to. Excellent service but a little expensive I was making my service in February 2020. It was something with air conditioner. Mike showed me small thing that was malfunctioning. They just replaced it, and voila, aircon is working now (my kids will survive when we go to Florida in couple of weeks). So, the service was quick, the waiting facilities are great. One thing - nobody told be about Honda recall of safety bags, so I need to go again to double check after I get back from business trip. More

Found an aggressively priced accord hybrid and spoke with Eric. All seemed well, then I asked to verify the very specific vehicle I saw online will be available for me to test drive when I get there. He says I’ll check and call you if it’s not here otherwise just come by. That should be the first red flag, I said no, call me either way. He called and confirmed it was sold but he texted me others more expensive available. He said he would be there if I come by. When I got to the dealer Eric was gone and they put me with another sales rep who told me that they don’t even discount “not even a dollar” from the internet pricing. More

Also, this past April we leased a car from him (and Apple Honda). John Jay provides the best service of any salesperson I have ever encountered in any field or industry. He is unfailingly honest, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. He works with you to make sure your needs are met. Over the years we have also gotten to know him as a person. He is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. I give him 10 starts out of 5!! Apple Honda is fortunate to have such an outstanding sales consultant and person on their staff. More
Classic bait and switch. Was promised prices on two new cars and a trade in via email from a sales manager, Charlie via salesperson Michelle. Then the next day when attempting to buy, the prices were magic cars and a trade in via email from a sales manager, Charlie via salesperson Michelle. Then the next day when attempting to buy, the prices were magically thousands higher (and half of what they promised on the trade). The excuse was “my manager who was in yesterday isn’t here today, and the manager today says that these prices are too aggressive and we can’t do them.” Then I called the following day to speak with Charlie the original manager who promised me the prices, and he changed the price and said that he made a mistake. It was no mistake. It was completely intentional and he knew exactly what he was trying to do...and that was to get me to come into the dealership and then change the price on me and rely on the fact that I was tired from shopping around all day and that I would just give in. I’m glad I had the patience not to. The one good thing I can say is that Michelle was very informative and low pressure. Most of the time sales techniques are set by the management team, and not reflective of the sales people. If you must buy from this corrupt dealership, Michelle is the person to work with. More
