Emal in sales was great. Dealing with sales department was very nice. I dealt with Emal G. Very friendly, listened to what I said. Finance department was a bit different. Again friendly, but he took it upon himself to make some decisions. I had spoke to Emal earlier about how I wanted to finance, 60 months @ 1.9%. Brian Damboise in finance filled out all the paperwork with 72 months 5.?%. Never asked me. Then when I saw 72 months & told him that was wrong he didn’t want to change it. I insisted, so he redid the paperwork to 60 months, but I didn’t realize at time he never fixed the interest rate to read 1.9%. He put 3.?%. Brian blames it on Emal for not writing down what we had discussed, but quite honestly I think that’s bull. He should have asked me how I wanted to finance. Isn’t that his job? More
