She introduced me to Mr. Geoff, who again was very welcoming. We sat down & he listened very intently to my needs. I expressed that I wanted a Fit& he agreed that this vehicle would meet my needs. He immediately obtained one from the lot. He explained all of the features & we went for a ride. I liked the vehicle, except for the color. When I told him my preference would be red, he immediately said he could get me one. He insisted on going out to the lot & getting a red HRV since it was the same red as the Fit. He wanted me to see the red to make sure I liked it. He is a great salesman!!!! More
