Excellent Sales and Finance Experiance I have owned a Honda for eight years (which I had purchased used from Apple Honda.) The first experience was mediocre to say the least, but I was stil I have owned a Honda for eight years (which I had purchased used from Apple Honda.) The first experience was mediocre to say the least, but I was still drawn to going back to Apple because of all the positive experiences that I have had with their service department. Rick Groff was my first contact in sales, he was very gracious and patient with all of my questions and the back and forth to make a great deal. And even when I didn't make the deal that first day, he sent me an email thanking me for stopping by and a phone call followed that. The new sales manager Paul Garritano was so knowledgeable about finance options, he made things so easy to understand. And then there is Charlie Giamanco in Management. Charlie gave me a great deal on my trade that it sealed the deal to purchase my new amazing 2019 Honda Ridgeline. My whole sales experience at Apple Honda was so pleasant that I was so eager to give them a great review! I think I will always be an Apple Honda customer! Doesn't hurt that Honda's are great cars! oil change I went in for a regular oil change. Honda found the brake pads got a 3/10 during the free point check. Although I was not able to be reached , they I went in for a regular oil change.
