We have purchased in the past from other dealers, and that is where the difference lies. While the end result was owning a Honda, the buying and service experience is night and day by comparison. It starts with the sales team and ends with their award winning service department. John Jay, our salesman, is a professional. He took his time to explain all our choices and the benefits of those choices. He made sure that we were comfortable and understood the vehicle completely before our test drive. We tested 2 cars. The great experience continued with the balance of the staff including the business Manager to conclude our purchase. We left not only with a new (slightly used) CRV, but with the satisfaction at having procured a good deal for a good vehicle at a great dealership. More

Auto Butler and service Perfect visit as usual! They did the auto butler, oil change, breaks, etc...and it was all completed in a timely manner. Before I knew it I was being Perfect visit as usual! Excellent, as always. I brought my Ridgeline in for a state inspection. It was almost the end of the month, but I was given an appointment that was both convenient and prom I brought my Ridgeline in for a state inspection. It was almost the end of the month, but I was given an appointment that was both convenient and prompt. Mike at the service desk was polite and efficient. My truck was in and out sooner than I expected, and Mike explained all that was done, pointed out the results of the inspection and I went on my merry way. Honestly, you guys must be well organized and experienced, because every time I bring my truck in for service its always done in a prompt and professional manner. There are never any delays, no confusion.. everything just goes wonderfully smoothly every time. Which is why I keep coming back. More
