Didn’t Need Much I just came in for the Auto Butler application. It was fine. I was a little disappointed though that they didn’t vacuum the floor mats, clean the insi I just came in for the Auto Butler application. It was fine. I was a little disappointed though that they didn’t vacuum the floor mats, clean the inside of the windows or wipe down the interior, as they’ve done before when I came in for service. But the staff was super friendly and it was nice to have a free loaner car to get to work. And the Auto Butler is free, so I can’t complain, even though it looks like they missed a couple spots, like under the back door latch. More

Efficient service but not as friendly as the good ol’ days.. I’ve always liked Apple’s service department— one of the main reasons I keep going back to this dealership (a customer for 20+ years now). But I have to say there’s definitely a different vibe to the place since I was last there in January. New policies? Different manager? Don’t know. Just feels a lot more businesslike and not as friendly and approachable as before. And I definitely miss the people I used to deal with (opposite the service counter) when paying (especially the guy)! More
