He took his time and guided and explained - not only to me , but to my daughter as it was going to be her first car . He worked with our budget and actually toured us around the lot to look at cars in our price range ! He was kind and compassionate and listened to our needs . It did not feel like he was pushy and guided us to a safe and reliable pre owned car that I would feel comfortable letting my daughter drive ! Your dealership should feel privileged to have such an honest and caring man . Thank you again Bill for putting that big smile on my daughter’s face !! More
