Then while it was in, they gave it the once over and did some maintenance work that was coming due. Mike Guarino is great to deal with. He even called the next day to check on the car. Not crazy about dealership but service rep was great! I recently had to bring my car in for a recall. In the past I was always offered a loaner car for something like this. As a busy mom of three spendin I recently had to bring my car in for a recall. In the past I was always offered a loaner car for something like this. As a busy mom of three spending hours at a dealership mid day is quite the inconvenience so I was disappointed to learn that even though this was for a recall - which is clearly the manufactures fault— I was not able to use a car for those hours. I was however extremely impressed with the attention and concern of the representative – Mark. When it was getting close to my having to leave to pick up my daughter he was responsive and got me out of there as quickly as possible. I was quite grateful. I am on my third and probably final Honda Odyssey. I’m finding the level of service to go downhill over all. More

Great Service Staff Was seen promptly and car was ready within 1/2 hour. My tire light came on while I was on my way to Bay Shore from Riverhead. When I returned to Riv Was seen promptly and car was ready within 1/2 hour. My tire light came on while I was on my way to Bay Shore from Riverhead. When I returned to Riverhead, I had it checked out at Apple. since this was the 2nd time since I had bought the car 6 months ago. Only complaint is the lack of a waiting room since the construction is still going on. It was a cold wet day and I was recuperating from a cold. More
