No pressure! We dread the trip to the car dealership which we do every 3-4 years to trade in our older car. We were met by Richard, Rick to some, who spoke in a relatively low tone voice and who seemed could've been someone we had known for years. He showed us the car we wanted, explained the features and said let's go for a spin. My wife drove, it would be her car, and Rich explained some of the other features such as side mirror cameras, blue tooth, and the nav. My wife made a face to me and mouthed silently "I love this car". I already had warned her we will say no if the price wasn't where we wanted it. Well, after our counteroffer, manager review, we said yes and drove home less than 3 hours later. We can't say enough about the salesman, manager, and new facilities. We'll be back when it's time to trade in my Pilot.. More
