Who dropped the ball? I leased a new HR-V on 1/27/18. Included was remote start that would be installed by the service department. I didn't get the remote start installed I leased a new HR-V on 1/27/18. Included was remote start that would be installed by the service department. I didn't get the remote start installed until 2/27/18. I called my salesman two times for an update on my remote start but he never called me back. I then called the service department who knew all about my situation. There were some scheduling issues. At first someone was supposed to come get my car and leave me with a loaner. That became problematic since someone wouldn't get to me until after 9 am. Not very convenient. I finally had to drop my car off and the remote start was installed. To add to my displeasure the remote start is not working properly. As soon as the driver's door is opened the engine shuts off. Now I have to make an additional trip to your dealership. Since I'll be dealing with the service department there shouldn't be a problem. The service staff is excellent and always has been.. More
