Thanks for making my CRV look like new!! I made a appointment to have some minor CRV. Chad (Service Dept) had given me an estimate for the repairs, saying that they would do their best to minimize the damages, but “no guarantees” they would completely disappear. I brought my car in on Thursday 12:00. John handled everything in a friendly, courteous fashion & I was out of there in a couple of hours. The bodywork done was excellent. Can’t see the dent at all! They took care of the scratches as well. I am so very pleased with your Service Dept. I always thought Baron Honda’s Service Dept couldn’t be beat! More

Satisfying experience I normally do not enjoy the car shopping experience. There have been too many bad memories in the past of this “ game”. I have to admit though that I normally do not enjoy the car shopping experience. There have been too many bad memories in the past of this “ game”. I have to admit though that going to Apple Honda to check out the CR-V that I was interested in was quite simple and stress free. Perhaps it had to do with the fact that I went in as a “ internet” buyer. And the fact that the salesperson I dealt with made the entire process very simple and clean. Jose was wonderful. I’m very glad that he was the “ next” man up so to speak. There were the little things a salesman does to get one to bite. But all in all, this was an enjoyable experience. More
