Smooth and Easy Purchase I just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV T from Apple Honda. My salesperson was Bonnie, she was recommended to me by a friend that had bought a car from he I just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV T from Apple Honda. My salesperson was Bonnie, she was recommended to me by a friend that had bought a car from her in the past. The experience couldn't be any smoother or easier. Bonnie took me for a test drive and explained all the features the CRV had. When we came back she gave me the price of the car which is exactly in line with what I wanted to spend. I had done a lot of research into the CRV and prices so I knew exactly what the car should sell for. The manager, Charlie, was a very nice person. He came over and spoke with me after I accepted the price of the car. The finance manager, John, was great to deal with. He made the entire financing process for the car a very easy matter. I picked up the car a few days later because I wanted some accessories added on as well as a pinstripe. Bonnie had all the paperwork prepare. She had contacted my insurance company to get the new insurance cards and she even transferred the plates from my old car to the new car. Bonnie did an excellent job of going over all the cars features, she took her time and set up my cell phone with the new car as well as programming all my favorite radio stations. I was in and out in about an hour. Overall the experience was very smooth and easy. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I have bought a good number of cars over my lifetime. I will definately be coming back to see Bonnie when I replace my wifes car in a few years. Thank you Bonnie, Charlie, John and the rest of the staff that helped out with getting my new CRV prepared.
