Service with a smile I bought my first Honda in 2003. I always had it serviced at Apple Honda from day 1. Yes, at times, the drive to Riverhead was inconvenient and perhap I bought my first Honda in 2003. I always had it serviced at Apple Honda from day 1. Yes, at times, the drive to Riverhead was inconvenient and perhaps more expensive then having my Pilot serviced locally. However, being a widow and not mechanically inclined I put my trust in the friendly expertise of the service department of Apple Honda. At 204,000 miles I knew it was time to look for a new vehicle I went back and forth between the Subaru Forrester and the Honda CRV. What sold me on the CRV was the rapport I had established through out the years with the service department, specifically John Turano. This past summer I purchased a 2017 CRV from Apple Honda. I sold the Pilot to a friend knowing that it would continue running nicely for many more miles. Thank you John Turano for your service with a smile and dedication. More

Service visit I gave 4 stars because the service department waiting room was under construction and customers were told they could wait in the trailer or the showro I gave 4 stars because the service department waiting room was under construction and customers were told they could wait in the trailer or the showroom. The trailer smelled and I felt like I was getting packed in a sardine can as more people came in. Probably would have been more comfortable to send everyone to the showroom.
