My first experience was decent The people working at Apple Honda are all very nice, respectful and accommodating. Even though I was planning to get an oil change and a detail cleani The people working at Apple Honda are all very nice, respectful and accommodating. Even though I was planning to get an oil change and a detail cleaning, I was not able to get the detailing as they were short-staffed and I was told it would be ready at 4pm. I arrived at 8:30. I was told by Daniel, who was my technician, that when I call next to set up a detailing, I should arrange for a loaner because a detail can take a long time and that day I went in, I didn't have the hours to wait or have anyone to pick me up. All in all, the waiting room is nice and clean, they provide coffee and tea and pastries and bagels. More
