The receptionist greeted us immediately and was friendly and professional. Our salesman, Joe, was very friendly, low pressure and thorough. I didn’t feel like he was SELLING me a car...he was HELPING me find and purchase the right car for us. And John, in finance, had all the paperwork ready to go when we picked the car up. My wife and I were totally satisfied when dealing with Jim, but I dreaded entering the "evil" Finance Office where the process has been very frustrating in the past.
