I went there to had them done oil change on my 2019Honda CRV (It only has 20000 miles) after waiting there they told me it was all set, I went to pharmacy and I got a call from them asking me to return rigt CRV (It only has 20000 miles) after waiting there they told me it was all set, I went to pharmacy and I got a call from them asking me to return rigth away since they forgot to Put back something that should be placed in place since they removed... I returned for them to do it, 20 minuts later I drove my car into the highway: my car Started to shake, I couldnt throlling any longer... They damaged my car there!!! Apple Honda and specially Chad (Service Manager) and head mechanic Dont take good care of your Car... They repaired my car but dont want to let me know what happened or extend warranty in engine/ Brakers or transmission!!! I asked Chad for a paper as a proof of the work they done and he wrote in: "CUSTOMER STATES"... I didnt state ANYTHING my Car was WORKING GREAT UNTIL these WORKERS PUT THEIR FINGERS ON IT!!!! SHAME OF YOU AND THE WAY AS YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

Mary sent us out on a Test drive in each car. When it came time to negotiate, Charlie G was the man!! Got us where we wanted to be within a few dollars. After a small hiccup while sitting with Finance, Charlie saved the day and helped me out! If you're in the market for a New HONDA, Visit Apple and ask for Mary! Job well done!! More

My older Honda was in need of parts that were not available through Honda and Joseph took it upon himself to locate caring help of Joseph Gutierrez!
