A colleague of mine sent me in to see Bonnie Campbell who was with a customer at the time of my visit. Instead of making me wait, she sent Jeff Schepps to meet with me. Jeff arranged for a test drive on two models, gave me great info on the two, discussed some numbers and I ended up selecting the CRV. Bonnie continued the transaction with me and within a few days I was driving off the lot in my new 2017 CRV. I couldn't have asked for a more positive, professional and enjoyable experience. More
