He was patient with me since the first couple of vehicles I had wanted weren't available so I felt like I was being indecisive but he didn't miss a step. He kept moving forward and offering ideas and suggestions for what I might consider with the current availability and my budget. Bob is great with communication via email, text and phone calls.
